Must-try dumplings@一風堂 (Food)

There are many good ramen shops in Hong Kong and this one will definitely go on my favorite list. Good thing is they do not have a wide variety of ramen to choose from which made it super easy for me to decide what to order.  The menu is simple, you can choose between pork or chicken soup (regular or spicy) and it comes with just about everything you would expect, except the egg. The ramen is great which is not heavy or greasy, the pork is not super fatty and the dumpling is ridiculously fantabulous! 

What's the con? Lines can be long! This place is good though, and definitely worth a visit.  Once you get the bowl in front of you, it is likes only you and the ramen exists. Worth it! It may turn out to be your new local ramen spot!
