大愛沖繩菜 (Food)
對我來說,沖繩菜的味美既來自鮮味感,也源自對菜式的獨特處理。小時候已受婆婆的教養不得挑食,抵得甘苦方可嚐到回香滋味,因此對於沖繩苦瓜特別有情意結,還有那油不膩口的炸小蝦!
頭盤先來品嚐質感豐富的八爪魚和各式各樣的甜美魚生,店家的材料很新鮮,吃得大家津津有味。接下來是苦瓜煎餅,炸蝦、炸蠔和炸豬扒,嗯,味道還可以吧!墨魚汁炒面卻給人驚喜,以新鮮和甜美口感觸動了大家的味蕾,反之以和牛烹調的菜式未能帶出肉質本身的鮮味。
這家店的魚生真的很美味,唯烹調的菜式有點美中不足味。
